Starting early (it feels too early) as the weekend is filling up & we’re trying to make sure (somehow) we don’t run out of dough for those who also want to collect pizza as the weather is looking nice.

Unfortunately due to how small our venue is, batching dough is a lot more complicated than it would be if we had a huge prep kitchen or venue double the size-but we’re finding a way. Hopefully we won’t sell out this weekend before last orders 👌🏼🍕
